REFUNDS
- Cancellations can be made up to two weeks prior to bowling without penalty, after which, NO REFUNDS will be given.

CHECK-IN
- Check-in a MINIMUM of 30 minutes prior to bowling.

- AVERAGE
- Use highest final average of '06 -'07 bowling season. Must have minimum of 21 games in one league. If no '06 - '07 average, use highest average of '07-'08 season. If '07 - '08 average is 5 or more pins above last years end average, MUST USE highest average. All others bowl scratch. Bowlers falsifying average will forfeit prize money and entry fee.

SQUAD ORGANIZERS
- 24 - 48 entries = $25 cash / 49 - 72 entries =$50 cash. To receive cash bonus: names, addresses, averages and entry fee of all bowlers must be sent to tournament manager 2 weeks prior to bowling in tournament. Cash bonus will not be paid if all criteria is not met. You cannot combine 2 different shifts to obtain total entries. NO REFUNDS.
- HANDICAP
- NO limit, 80% of 205 scratch, men or women.

- RE-RATING
- We have the right to re-rate any average prior to bowling. You must report to tournament manager if your average was re-rated in ANY tournament in the past 3 years. Failure to report any re-ratings will mean disqualification. No prize money or entry fee refunded.

SHIFT SCHEDULE
- February 2- March 9 : 4 Shifts Saturdays noon & 3pm. Sundays 11am, 2pm.

- Mar 15 - Mar 30: Nine Shifts Saturdays: 9am, noon,3, 6, 9pm. Sundays: 11am, 2, 5, 8pm.

- APRIL 4 - MAY 11: Eleven Shifts: Fridays: 6:30 and 9pm. Saturdays: 9am, noon, 3, 6,9pm. Sundays: 11am, 2, 5, 8pm.
- Special time arrangements will be made for groups of 20 or more
