Testimonials I was referred to Tom and Patty by a friend in the mortgage writing business. This was a last ditch effort on my part to find away out of a very difficult situation, and I was hopping to get out of my house with some dignity; although I was not very hopeful. I like many Americans fell behind on my mortgage due to the economy and difficulty finding suitable employment. I did not want to simply walk from my obligation, but to do the best for all parties. Dear Tom and Patty:
I just wanted to send you a thank you note for all of your help that you gave me with the selling of my house in Blaine. The condition of the sale, with it being a short sale, and one of the few of those in the area, made for many complications. However, I do not believe the sale would have happened if it wasn’t for the work that you and Patty put into it. Because of your diligence and persistence, many phone calls and constant follow up calls, the process went faster than most.
Due to all of your preliminary work and follow up calls, the closing went with out a hitch. Given the amount of paperwork, number of bank agencies involved and the timeline for the closing, it was close to a miracle that we did not have to reschedule it at least once.
I would highly recommend you and Patty to anyone who is interested in selling their house, especially if they are in need of doing a short sale. The process is complicated but with your experience on this type of sale, the experience will be a lot better than it would with a less experienced team.
